HOW TO ORDER A BOOK, AND OTHER MERCHANDISE
First of all, I want to apologize for this inconvenience, but a link was removed, and to have it restored, I have to pay these overlord clowns $70/mo, subscribing to a premium pro maintenance plan. I haven't made $70.00 off this site in the last year! But if you hate big corporations and want to support us little people, then here's what to do:
1. Expand the menu in the upper right corner of any page, which is the three lines left of the cart.
2. Select "Merch".
3. Scroll down and click on "Order".
4. Click on "View Details" under the avatar of your choice.
5. Make your selection(s).
6. Go to your cart and checkout.
I predict that a day will come in which I will move my domain to another service provider and simplify all the hoops and circus tricks I have here.
